The first thing I will say is that I am not a nutritionist, but I’m mostly self therapist and a WOMAN like you.

I’ve always been very thin, since childhood I have been the thinnest of the family. At another time I’ll tell you something that has to do with this post, but that will be another time, so my newsletter subscribe to not miss anything!

For over a year I won 3 kilos per month, and I’m not pregnant.

I went crazy trying adelgadazar and my body back to being how before pregnancy. I was exercising until I reach my limit, crying because clothes before pregnancy I could not fit even remotely.

But recently when I went to the Camino de Santiago, you can read my post, I realized something that had to do with my weight.

And it is … fear.

– The fear of being in touch with the world.
– The fear of worthlessness.
– The fear of not being strong enough to live otherwise than with fear.
– Fear start with my project, is that you’re reading.
And a long list etcetera of fears.

And no, I do not have an eating disorder.
Rather fear, anxiety.

Because as long as I have to deal with everything that gives me fear. Because my hands, and my mouth are doing something else while watching one of my favorite series. I evado the world.

And what follows is, but I want to face my fears, I start doing anything else that is not what scares me, like cleaning, and I get bored and I feel guilty for not doing what it was supposed to be me proposed, so back to eat to fill that void in me.

That’s called being afraid to live, to live in fear, afraid to leave my comfort zone.

Can you use other excuses for not losing weight.

– It’s too late to prepare this salad, best quickie “.

You can say what you want yourself, and can be as good as you want.
But in my case, what I realize is that I do have that fear, and not face it makes me feel bad about myself.

I am not happy.

And when we are not happy we created a void in ourselves unconsciously fill it as we can, we need filled with something.

Why not try to start doing things that we like instead of punishing ourselves?

Why do not we begin to accept that which gives us fear, think less and act more to find out what really happens if we do that we fear kills? What could happen?

Think for a second. Remember the last time you had a great time, they laughed uproariously, felt that joy in the pit of my stomach, you were relaxed, do not care what others thought of you, the hours passed like seconds, you were having fun, you felt energetic, now think: did you have the urge to eat? , Did you feel bad about yourself? Do you were bored? , Did you feel that the days were all the same? Did you feel tired ?.

For me:

Fear + Boredom = Poor Food.

Ming + procrastination + boredom = Unhappiness.

There may be many reasons why you do not lose weight and you keep feeling bad about yourself, both physical and psychological.

I only give you my opinion and my experience.

And the truth is that since I started to realize all this, I started to eat healthier, eat more slowly, and not just thinking about slimming otherwise in being healthy.

I started aa be more conscious when I have fear and habits that I have on autopilot, and try to correct them.

I started to laugh over myself in the day, and encourage laugh.

There may be many reasons why you do not lose weight and you keep feeling bad about yourself, both physical and psychological.

I only give you my opinion and my experience.

And the truth is that since I started to realize all this, I started to eat healthier, eat more slowly, and not just thinking about slimming otherwise in being healthy.

Do more things that make you happy, if you get scared them first.

You can always go back to what you were doing before.
